BESIDES KEEPING ME WAITING NEARLY ONE HOUR TO SEE DOCTOR,I TRIED TO GET REFILL ON MY NERVE MEDS ,I WAS TOLD I HAVE TO SEE DOCTOR FOR APPOINTMENT WHICH THEY MADE FOR ONE MONTH AWAY. My grandmother was a patient at Oak Street Health for several years, and Adrienne Smith was her primary care provider (PCP). We truly believed this office cared about its patients until my grandmother’s health began to decline.
