It is very disappointing when a person shows up for their schedule appointment only to find out that the Oak Street health office has been closed for the day without notification to me on this matter. When I was finally able to schedule another appointment and show up at the office, they had me do blood lab work. Nearly two weeks later I finally received a call from the office on my lab work results indicating that all my tests came out good. I love Oak Street Health. I never feel rushed. I think they get me. They keep a good eye on my health, but they’re never pushy.
