The staff is friendly and willing to assist in any way that is needed. They offer good customer services. Natalie was friendly and directed me in the direction I needed to take. My visit with Dr. Fazili was awesome. She took the time to discuss my past medical history and provided new referrals that were needed. I definitely recommend Oak Street Health for your help care.
I choose Maureen Gardo,, nurse practitioner, for my primary. It’s the best healthcare decision that I’ve ever made. She is patient, understanding and professional. We discuss my healthcare together before coming up with a plan. I can always email her with questions and I usually get a response that same day. I just started going to Oak Street Health about 2 months ago. The doctor that I have she's wonderful and so is the entire staff. They all listen to all your questions and answer all your questions, and if they can't, they will find an answer. The doctor I have is making sure that she covers all the bases. And it's great that you don't have to go anywhere else to get an EKG and other tests done they do them all right there. I would highly recommend anyone over the age needed to go there.
