Constant errors in scheduling, calling Rxs in to correct pharmacy, new data system has them all in a tizzy, even the doctor!!!!! My husband and I started going there together 16 mos ago. Somehow, only he had his Medicare wellness visit, but mine isn't for 4 more months. How is that????? Don't trust them anymore.
I called for a new appointment with a primary doctor. The lady who took all my personal information is Karis. After taking all my personal information she said she would call me the next day. She never did, such poor training that they give there staff. They think that patients are going there for free or that they are doing us a favor for there services. Such incompetence.
My first sign in experience was very positive. But I couldn’t continue to work with both you and my primary provider.
My vist at oak st. Health was like no other place I’ve been to in the past looking forward to going back for my once appointment
