Ive been to this clinic twice now; & so far, not impressed. My provider was Stacy Tran. First visit the assistance called me back while shouting my name down the hall. She didn't even walk into the waiting room; just shouted my name Then the 2nd visit NP Tran was supposed to send a referral to Simonmed for an x-ray referral. Simonmed did not have any referral. So, when does the skipping around, dancing & high-fiving start as your ads show????

Oak Street Health has the same business model as all other large medical facilities. You are not allowed to contact your clinic directly. You must go through a call center to screen the call and attempt to get you an appointment. The calling center was unable to help me because of a provider mixup. The provider I had seen previously was no longer at the clinic so they have to assign me to someone else. This is not at all the way the ads say. A provider will not get to know you. I feel satisfied with the many times that I have attended my clinic, and feel confident with the progress that has been made. I am hopeful that this will continue.

0 stars. I’m really disappointed with the experience at this doctor's office. My elderly family member was in severe pain, and despite clear evidence of their condition, the doctor refused to provide a referral to a specialist. I would not recommend this practice if you need to be taken care of by someone who actually cares.
