Just awful. Better hope you don't get sick or get sinus or ear infections. Even if you tell them your ear hurts and made you dizzy they will just say oh you're fine without even examining you. Avoid at all costs.
This place treated us terribly. We made an appointment. It was almost a month out, and then they waited till the day before the appointment and called to say they couldn’t see him and when I tried to make another appointment, they couldn’t even do that for me because their appointments for 12 weeks out so we were pretty well SOL they did not give a shit after waiting over a month to get in because my husband was having medical issues and explained all this to them. I love the NP I see but the person I talked to on the phone was extremely rude and wouldn't stop talking so I could talk
I was very pleased with this place until recently when CVS took over and it’s totally changed. The doctor and the people that have stayed are very nice, but that’s about it.Sad
