This place is so unprofessional. The receptionist at the front desk are very condescending. When speaking to patients. I have personally witness them rolling their eyes. When the patients walked away and violating Hippa law by discussing patience, personal health care amongst each other while other patients were present. If it were up to me, my family member would not step foot. In this office, again, not because of the doctor himself but because of the unprofessionalism of the staff members. The oak Street health clinic in Hammond is offensive and funny I've been going there for one year now and it has switched up so badly. My doctor I see won't do in person visits anymore only phone appointments! It's a total black out in there. Just plain dumb touchy flokes. Lol" I ain't going back there. I am looking for a new clinic for my health care.
