The oak Street health clinic in Hammond is offensive and funny I've been going there for one year now and it has switched up so badly. My doctor I see won't do in person visits anymore only phone appointments! It's a total black out in there. Just plain dumb touchy flokes. Lol" I ain't going back there. I am looking for a new clinic for my health care.
