I don't recommend anyone going here at all the doctors are horrible there and there is no respect at all the doctor got up in my face and went off on me after I was very polite to her idk if she is crazy or what but they really need better doctors working there if they really want to help people this is the 2nd doctor I had a problem with in oak Street health and the nurses just keep goofing off like children it's ridiculous
Absolutely the hardest medical care clinic I have ever had to deal with! They can't help you if you are handicapped & homebound. They have no services available for that. Poor medical care. And they don't seem to care! That little clinic in a Longview shopping center needs to be closed down They are a joke!
Trying to assist my Mom as she recovers and leaves rehab. Due to Doctor leaving, Oak Street is not willing to assist with home health orders even though my mom is an existing patient. Oak Street wants the new physician to meet with my Mom beforehand....but Oak Street will not allow me to schedule an appointment. Administration and their policies are a joke. Patients and Doctors should look elsewhere.
