Oak Street Health has the best Primary Care Team. They are awesome at everything but I really appreciate the Transport Team of John & Terry. Both are so kind and personable. I was transported to Longview Regional for my mammography yesterday by John. We had the best time talking. We talked about the weather, the election and which restaurants are the best in our areas. He’s really great at making sure I feel safe!!
Your co Communication. Is terrible What happened to all the one day appoints, Dr checking for your records from previous Drs. I like Dr but feel they don’t offer what they offer on tv.
What a great place with wonderful staff. Established today as new patient. All the test I needed were ordered and my prescription were called in. The staff was attentive, friendly and wanted to make sure my needs were met. Short wait time and comfortable setting. Have referred my husband to see them. Thanks ladies you are greatly appreciated.
At Oak health we always have a good experience there Kelly Thurston our doctor is very caring and tries to find the answer to your problem. You don’t have to wait two or three weeks to get in. You can get in pretty quick if you need to. I like that.!
