UPDATE 2025-1-27 For the most part we've gotten along okay. In fact I've granted an extra star even after today. However, I have consistently requested that when they need to draw blood I be allowed to lie down. I get light headed and have been known to pass out. Consistently I make this request when the appointment is made and I do so again when they call to confirm. And every time the person says, "I see that note" or "I will pass that on."
