They’re all amazing, caring and kind. Just walking in the door, you feel comfortable and content. They know a majority of the patients names that comes through the door. They offer so much more than your typical doctors office. They offer many different classes and tons of fun things for people to go to and feel welcome. It’s a wonderful place to think about changing over to. Have a blessed day
I saw a dr once out of my area. Was supposed to go to one closer to me but they dropped the ball and I haven't had an appt that I wanted nor seen a dr in 7 months.
Love my doctor, he is great! But Oak Street Health is absolutely horrible! You can't call into the office where your doctor is, instead you have to call a call center in Chicago and hope they get your doctor a message. I have made several calls and never recieved a call back from my doctor, never got medication or treatment that was needed so I had to go to the urgent care 4 times now because Oak Street Health is a very unreliable joke of an organization. My grandma scheduled an appointment. Drove over a few towns to make it on time. THEN the doctor isn't even there. And they didn't even respect her enough to call. rescheduled the appointments weeks later. They don't care about the health or respect their patients. Of course if it were their grandparents they would feel the same.
Went er was told to see my primary care I called next day can't get me in for over a month!!! Really disappointed
