Talk about over the top care! An issue with a prescription was solved by two ladies who proved that--they cared! My fault about the issue, but they spent a great deal of time with me yesterday (Shea) and today on the phone, trying to get it resolved, and did. I was almost in tears, but they took the reins, and got the issue solved for me. I cannot thank them enough.
I have been waiting all week for a prescription renewal. Totally out of my meds. Called 3 times this week still no meds. I'm so frustrated with this place. Going to find a new doctor who actually cares about their patients.
Went for a Mobil food drive. I use the Oak Street Health in Mishawaka.
The doctors and Care team are good but but their prescription refill system is totally broken.
