I only went there for my 50 dollars from my otc every month now I feel like I'm back not having a PCp cause I'm on controlled substance and I don't need them calling my other Dr and saying I don't need them I felt like they demanded to know my past Dr's plus my meds it is not needed cause they do there own blood tests so why do they need to know everything I will just be keeping them on my Medicare card for my otc money and will go right to the er like I have been doing
YOU get one star because you gave me an appointment for 1/9 then called me to cancel! Really? The doctor had an emergency. Is there only one doctor? So you can't take a new client? Then you say we can reschedule for 1/24 three weeks later! You say your backed up with patients and new clients then why the hell did you give me an appointment? Then you say on the 24th I won't see the doctor I will see a physician assistant. Where's the Doctor? I say I'm done I don't want to reschedule. Oak Street Health was a great place wish I had switched earlier this year. From the moment I walked in I felt very welcomed. The entire staff was friendly knowledgeable especially the doctor. I'm looking forward to my follow up appointment
