Overall the nurse staff and on site doctor is okay. The frequent changes in receptionist is not good especially since most are not seasoned car reps. There is a huge disconnect via the phone system. To get someone on the phone you go through 10 prompts! and finally get someone live! Whi h is no better because the person your talking to is a REMOTE worker! I only went there for my 50 dollars from my otc every month now I feel like I'm back not having a PCp cause I'm on controlled substance and I don't need them calling my other Dr and saying I don't need them I felt like they demanded to know my past Dr's plus my meds it is not needed cause they do there own blood tests so why do they need to know everything I will just be keeping them on my Medicare card for my otc money and will go right to the er like I have been doing
