My mom has been a patient there for about a year or so, she was in the hospital for a week she call to make a follow up appointment after she was released from the hospital and the gave her an appointment 11 days from the day she was released. They were supposed pick her up for her appointment so she sat outside from over an hour waiting for them , they never showed up. This office is horrible. I don't care for ester Rodgers as she says one thing and then does different. I have had nothing but problems here. So I will look into another doctor. I have sent messages only to be ignored. Still waiting for her to answer my complaint.
Love this place. Doctor Morgan is wonderful! I feel better just knowing I have a doctor that cares. Staff is great too. So happy I found this place
Definitely do not recommend this place. Very unprofessional, smells like weed, not clean and employees are trash. All nasty attitudes. I overheard one employee talk about many patients and make fun of them. I’m not a patient there but my relatives were until I started transporting them. I found them a new PCP. Every time I called to speak to a manager, someone always gave me the run around. They would never let me speak to a manager. DO NOT go there.
Oak street health this location as well as others are trash they treat people any type of way because they feel that they are older and they can get away with it. The girl at the front desk is very unprofessional as she sits there all day eating chicken with a nose ring that’s gone from her ear to her nose with a chain she has a smart mouth talk to people any kind of way Like someone is scared of her.
