Dr is good, but they have over sold the place. Need 3 weeks to get appointment, then they cancelled at the last minute. This has happened 3 times in the last 6 months. Dr is good but administration process is bad. And they oversell themselves on TV.
I went to this clinic to see about switching my PCP to them since I have recently moved up to the northwest side from the west suburbs. I was most pleased with the facility and more importantly the staff. I will definitely be switching my primary care to them.
When I first enrolled there I thought I was doing a good thing, especially with their TV commercials it looks so great. No appointments needed but everything was wrong. every time I needed an appointment they put me on hold. I suffered for two months going to other places like immediate care Center‘s. I want to being sick over two months. Finally I got the virus.
