Very disappointed in how the system is currently when you or a pharmacy calls in for a prescription refill. I called the pharmacy and no refills were available so they called Oak Street, 2 days later the pharmacy still hadn't heard back. I called Oak Street to see what was going on and I guess nobody had got around to getting in touch with the pharmacy about refilling the medication.
