how do i have a problem with oak street on summit ave but i got freddy (fred) smith calling me on behalf of my mothers experience when he’s just a NP on west gate city. someone’s suppose to be calling me about OUR experience and this man got his whole speech choreographed before we even could speak on our experience. nobody got the time and day to be making false accusations. we have him recorded as well.
The doctor was very attentive and professional. He spent time with me to discuss any issues. The staff was very friendly and professional. Recommended!
