Excellent care team!
My first visit to Oak Street Health was amazing. I was not nervous as I usually am. Dr. Brown and her staff made me feel relaxed and at home. Everyone there was so friendly. Loved it!
how do i have a problem with oak street on summit ave but i got freddy (fred) smith calling me on behalf of my mothers experience when he’s just a NP on west gate city. someone’s suppose to be calling me about OUR experience and this man got his whole speech choreographed before we even could speak on our experience. nobody got the time and day to be making false accusations. we have him recorded as well.
