I recently changed to oak Street health in Gastonia and I absolutely love it. I am so happy with my new doctor. She explains everything to me and is in no hurry to rush me out the door. Everyone there is always smiling and it's such a happy place. Love love this place.

Mistake about my review! After my first visit that was about 3 hours it went down hill! cant get no referrals unless u do what they want u to do,coming back over and over to get ur insurance money ,I had been asking for 2 months for some relief for a serious issue and thy wouldn't give a referral ,all they keep saying is we cant .U have to do this before we will give it to u sad , so after hurting for two month I went to a new place because ur health comes before their money problem.p.s all they want to do is put on fake las... read more

I have recently changed my PCP from an Atrium family practice to Oak Street based on a close friend's advice. My initial visit was in April with Dr. O who is very thorough, spending sooooo much time learning about me. I have also been seen by Dr. C while Dr. O was on vacation. He also was thorough with a good bedside manner. I was shocked at their ability to get my insurance company to authorize and pay for a GLP-1 to help me lose weight.
