I have been a patient for over a year now and every visit has been a wonderful experience. The staff is so friendly and treat me like family
I have recently changed my PCP from an Atrium family practice to Oak Street based on a close friend's advice. My initial visit was in April with Dr. O who is very thorough, spending sooooo much time learning about me. I have also been seen by Dr. C while Dr. O was on vacation. He also was thorough with a good bedside manner. I was shocked at their ability to get my insurance company to authorize and pay for a GLP-1 to help me lose weight.
