I had issues with the doctor assigned to me and called to speak to the patient advocate, was told i would get a call back within 24 hours. This was on a Monday, I received a call from the girl that had answered my original call on Friday.
I thank God for oak Street Health it's a blessing for people my age and everyone was so wonderful and the doctor was even more wonderful explaining everything to me and listening to my problems I'm just a happy happy person I'll never leave oak Street Health thank God for oak Street Health.

The staff was great to me, I came in to get established with my PCP Dr. O he was very understanding to the fact that on the day of my appointment I had a really bad ear infection and I was very hard of hearing, he assess my issue and concerns and was able to get me a stat referral ti see an ENT specialist the very same day.
