Dr Agarwal and his staff are very friendly and knowledgeable very professional. The place spotless in side and out. They took my health care insurance Health Spring alot places would not take it So I gave Oak Street Health a try and no problems. I was very surprised how friendly and clean this place is .Service is very fast. I can hardly wait for my next appointment I highly recommend them.

I visited your office in April 2026 and was supposed to return in July for a follow-up appointment. However, no one contacted me by phone or text regarding the blood work that needed to be completed before my follow-up visit. I thank God for leading me to Oak Street Health.As soon as I go into the bldg. I'm treated with respect and understanding I Fell the warmth and concern and I'm well informed about all of my Mental and physical being and what amazing to me the most is my mental emotions, thats so amazing to me. I feel that my Health really matter. Tank you staff and especially my doctor in which she has a very understanding heart,and much cconcerned about her patients.
When it opened up a few years ago was o.k. Now im not happy. When you need to get a refilled prescription and the pharmacy calls, the response takes forever. If it's something you need NOW like Albuterol..I called Oak Street Health to rush them but no response. Im getting very frustrated and thinking about changing soon for another Medicare "Advantage".
