RecommendedI started going to Oak Street because I was finding it harder to get in to see my other pcp with Oak Street I find it easier to easier to not only see my pcp but they also have transposition to take you to see the doctor I find this very helpful to me but the doctor’s are very nice and they listen to you and what you are saying about what’s going on with you also

if they can't have a local Doctor do their Daily TV Adds(*M-F on chan 23) instead of a Chicago Doctor, why would I go to them? and you can't see any information on this Facebook Page
RecommendedThis medical facility is great for seniors. not only comprehensive medical care with transportation services but also a case manager and social worker on staff to address other needs as well. Both my parents are patients and they like the staff as do I. I'm here with my parents for a appointment and we're just in time for LINE DANCING. I love that they have daily activities for seniors even if you're not one of theirs patients. They are so friendly.

RecommendedThe fact that you only have a 15-20 min wait time and not just a primary physician, but an entire care team and you can call 24 he @ day and get answers, the dr. don't just come in and leave but take time to listen to you, they even have same day emergency walk ins if medically necessary, they have a nutritionist, activities, ie bingo and connect seniors with necessary support, they even come pick you if you need a ride, my husband and I love Oakstreet Health. I recommend it!
