Very clean, and staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. Dr. Michelle Grimes is a wonderful provider-very caring, patient, thorough and does not make you feel rushed. One of our client's with IDD/DD is seen at the Florissant location and we have been extremely happy with the care she has received and how welcoming and friendly everyone is from the moment you walk in the door!!
The staff of the Florissant location is truly amazing. One of my clients is a patient of Dr. Michelle Grimes and we have been extremely happy with her care and compassion. Everyone in the office is welcoming, friendly and truly caring. Our client has special needs and no one treats her any differently. Keep up the great work!

I made an appointment for my husband roughly a month ago. It was scheduled for today Monday January 13th at 2:20 p.m. they canceled his appointment without any notice. And then when we called we were told that Medicare has to be your primary insurance. So because he also has insurance through his employer they will not take him on as a new patient.
