So I need a paper filled out for my DOT physical by Vivian Allen (nurse practitioner) at Winton rd facility. This is so I can continue to work at my job. All this paper needs to state is what medications Vivian prescribes for me. I came in Monday 2/2/26 and talked to Brittany about what I needed So said No problem she would get it taken care of and email it to me. As of the next Monday 2/9/26 I had received nothing. Very Impressed of the facility and the Professional and Caring Staff.
Being a new patient,so far it has been a welcoming experience. Ms Allen is very thorough and knowledgeable. She sees me as an individual,not only a patient. I am comfortable with this atmosphere.It will be very nice when they get MyChart,that would be a great communication tool for patients and Dr.
The staff is very caring .
