I love my Dr. VIVIAN ALLEN, AND ALL THE STAGF, very grateful for them.
My experience with Oak Street Health has been very pleasant! I choose the location because I had to travel across town to my previous primary and now I'm only 15 minutes away, for most of my health needs. I mostly like how they seem to cater to the lifestyle of the whole person and not just to their physical health. I'm still, however, getting to know the staff but so far so good. I have no complaints, but I'm, also, definitely looking forward to an Oak Street My Chart!
