They will tell you they are messaging your doctor's office but they never reply. Even the staff at the office says they don't get the messages. I scheduled an appointment on Friday only to find the doctor's office has no record of the appointment on the next Tuesday when we arrive for our appointment. I have been having pain in my right thigh down to my knee. I asked my doctor for something for the pain. She told me to take Tylenol for arthritis but that didn't help not at all I called two or three times to the office for her to please to give me something for pain I kept checking with the pharmacy it was never ordered really upset at me I can't hardly stand because it's time for a while can't walk as it hurts can't even get in a car cuz it hurts to lift my right leg up.
