If I could leave 0 stars for Elizabeth Davidson APN at Oak Street Health Harrisburg Rd Charlotte, NC I would. I was “deceased” in their database and was fortunate to discover this it was reported to Social Security. She told me I was a liability as she read my medical record never once touching me, listening to my heart beat or even listening to me. No physical exam was ever done by her on me. No follow-up on referrals, and they don't even share my test results. All the doctors left this practice. I feel like they don't care even a little bit. I am not sure where these positive reviews come from. Maybe I am singled out for substandard care. My health has worsened since coming here. I need to find a new primary care place. I think I better start talking to Medicare about them. I am sure they are good at collecting their insurance billing.
The staff were exceptional and informative. I was seen at my appointment time. The transition to different providers was equally as fast. They made an excellent first impression!
