The whole staff is great and I love my doctor ..I am furious that CVS is closing the Charlotte clinics.
What started out as a great experience has unfortunately become one of the worst experiences I have ever had. My mother is a patient here and from a revolving door of PCP's that do not communicate with each other or read each other's notes to an uncaring staff, We have to find another office. I understand that many MD's have to stick to certain regulations now from health insurance but when my mom was at her first appointment, the doctor wouldn't even let her go through a past medical history! If I could leave 0 stars for Elizabeth Davidson APN at Oak Street Health Harrisburg Rd Charlotte, NC I would. I was “deceased” in their database and was fortunate to discover this it was reported to Social Security. She told me I was a liability as she read my medical record never once touching me, listening to my heart beat or even listening to me. No physical exam was ever done by her on me.
