Horrible, Horrible, Horrible. Please go elsewhere to a health care facility that will truly care about your health. The staff doesn't follow up as they stated they would. The doctor reduces and removes medications that you have been on for years. Please go elsewhere to a facility with staff who truly cares. I have sent the CEO a email so hopefully things will get better for those who are still receiving care. They have such a high turnover. Horrible, Horrible experience.
Although we thought that the physical examination would be done on this first visit, we were able to get an appointment for the next week. The doctor explained to us how the clinic operates. I must admit that it was very good with this initial visit being truly conversational, a review of medical history…a type of getting to know the patient. The staff from the front to the back areas, were pleasant and professional , the offices extremely clean, especially the restrooms! Very satisfied thus far.
Everyone is so friendly and act like they generally care and listens to what you tell them. I love that I chose Oak Street Health for my new primary providers.
