I had my first appointment yesterday. When I saw the reviews I initially thought that it was too good to be true. I was so wrong. I relocated from Atlanta to Ft Worth a couple of weeks ago. Not only did the Nurse Practitioner take care of all my concerns regarding healthcare, they went above and beyond and called an insurance agent who came to the office to talk to me about the Medicare options available to me since I had moved from a different state which will save me hundreds of dollars! Dr landrum is a very professional doctor and if anyone needs a professional and knowledgeable doctor please call oak Street and ask for Dr Landrum she is very well qualified she's located at the duncanville oak Street health center.
Really disappointed at my last visit due to incorrect information give to me. My Doctor can not be two different doctors to me at the same time. PCP and the other care she gives me, Dr. L. So now I need to find another Primary Care Physician. Call the asked for Dr.A. to call me, No Response back. Thank you, for asking.
Since I've been there it's been a good experience for me My doctor is a good person and explain to me about my health and whatever else that she can help me with The nurses are great they are excellent they help me with whatever I need to be helped with I will give them a five-star in a 10 point and above because to me day of family and may the Lord be with them and their family as we get to know each other each and every year.
