This was the WORSE medical care I have ever received in my LIFE! Ever since I was prescribed a medication from a nurse practitioner that gave me a bad reaction and mentioned it to the “care team” I’ve been treated horribly. There’s a guy that work there that gave a fake name of Arnold that returned my call and as I’m trying to explain to him the reactions I was having he was busy trying to defend the NP so everytime since then he made it his business to treat me very poorly when he calls with my lab results, also from the ac... read more

Worst office EVER! The girl at the front desk sounds like she has no clue of what she’s doing! Then they HAVE A CALL CENTER TAKING ALL THE CALLS! And, the call center rep that you talk to (depending on the location CAUSE THEIR MANY!) HAS ACCESS TO YOUR ENTIRE CHART! So anyone of these reps know ALLLLLLL your medical business! Hippa laws??! Yeah right! I had to record my last interaction with a very rude young man who went toe to toe with me and I got it all on tape!
