I went there mainly for help with my Fibromyalgia and every time I would mention it; I was told it wasn't in my file and they knew nothing about it. After three times, of this, I haven't returned. The people were friendly, the care I did get was good, but if their not going to address my main concern, why go.
They are very friendly and I like my dr better than old doctor.
The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful with my medical needs.
I do like that you don't have a long wait. Even if you need a ride home. My only complaint is they do not have a patient portal.
I love Oak Street Health Crown Point. Everyone there were very nice and courteous. They listen to you. They explain things to you. I felt like they were friends and not just someone passing you along to the next person.
