I have been trying to a prescription refilled since Monday this is Thursday. I have talked with several people on the phone and there is no record of me calling in. Customer service on the phone are not located in Columbus. And apparently do not keep records like they should. I am currently here at the office trying to get my insulin.
Staff is kind & welcoming. Easiest check in I've ever had. I was treated with dignity. Explained everything. Truly a place for care management
Great place and everyone is nice no problems so far been going since early 2025.
