The best decision I ever made was to join Oak Street. They have provided assistance with many aspects of my health care, from a social worker who helped me change insurance coverage to a doctor that patiently listens, spending up to an hour with me. They have referred me to different specialists as well as other agencies that provide renal care (Strive) and cardiac care (Ansible). Very clean and systematically well organized. Physicians dedicated the good amount of time attending my 93 years mother, as well all staff .
