Amo la atención de Raquel y el personal de Oak Street Health es mi gran equipo para atender debidamente a mis padres.GRACIAS
Me parece una falta de respeto e inconciencia enorme para una persona de la tercera edad que lo tengan esperando por 1 hora. La cita estaba programada para las 9:00 y fue hasta las 10:00 que le atendieron, no obstante que como esta clinica ofrece transporte pasaron por el desde las 8:30. La verdad iniciaron muy mal el año, quiero justificar que talvez es por falta de proveedores medicos pero si no pueden tender de manera eficaz no agenden tantos pacientes.
