I always have a pleasant experience with oak street health. They are very thorough and give me their full attention at my appointments. The staff is very courteous and helpful, thank you for everything you do Oak Street Health!
My parents have all switch to this location of oak street health. All of the staff are super nice and professional. They even have transportation service. A real gem for the Chinese community.
They called and furious when you decided to not use them. Very unprofessional.
Some staffs are rude and impatient if customers ask complicated questions.
