Greatest medical appointment I've had in a long time! The team took their time, very attentive and they covered all the bases. Wish I had met them a year ago when I came to AZ.
They do NOT TAKE MEDICARE unless you have an AZ address. Of course they don't tell you until you drive to the appointment. Not worth the effort!. Crap service. Medicare Part A and Part B, also known as original Medicare, covers you anywhere in the United States, including all 50 states, Washington, DC, and US territories. You can use original Medicare as long as you use providers that accept Medicare. Guess they choose to ignore this!!

Have never been able to reach my PCP on the phone. Have been switched to offices across the US. The exams are not thorough - even the initial visit. Data is not available on a web site. After visit summaries have zero relative information about your visit or follow up care. Since this is run as a large corporation it feels to me like Big Brother is managing my health care
