Place is crazy. I made a welcoming appointment for my father and they called me at 3 in the morning thinking I called them. Yeah I canceled the appointment at the same time. Don't have time for it.
My doctors office was closed down! I had no clue! I had been seeing the TV commercials about Oak Street Health Care and I kept saying I'm going to call them so when I found myself with a doctor or a doctor's office anymore I immediately called and set an appointment.... I thank God that I did this place and staff are Amazing I feel at home there! They're so thorough, patient and kind I've been telling friends and family about them! Oak Street Health Care is the way to go!!!!
