Only one visit...but very good overall, friendly staff and friendly competent doctor.
It was a terrible experience. Hard to get referrals......I asked for a referral to a kidney specialist and was told "what can they do that I can't?" Turns out I have stage 3 kidney disease. I can use Google just as easy as the NP.
Have never been able to reach my PCP on the phone. Have been switched to offices across the US. The exams are not thorough - even the initial visit. Data is not available on a web site. After visit summaries have zero relative information about your visit or follow up care. Since this is run as a large corporation it feels to me like Big Brother is managing my health care. The staff is always friendly, professional and compassionate. There is never a long wait to get in for your appointment, they are always ready to answer any questions. You are not just a patient, you are an active participant in your health.
I needed information and although promised to have it within 48 hours, it took 8 days to get it. One of the agents “Don” called and got hurt when I didn’t like his answer so he hung up on me…. Not good customer service….. I do like Dr Han, he has done a great job of taking care of my wife and I…..
