Had scheduled as I wanted a second opinion. When I arrived, there were absolutely no other patients there. The secondary contact explained they require me to make their physician the primary doctor. I hadn't even met with her to know if I liked her and just wanted another opinion. Declined and left. Said I would not be charged but seemed very questionable. Now they have my ID and Medicare insurance from the check-in. Just be careful.
