As someone with a disability and who is a motorized scooter user, I had been treated with the utmost care. I had an emergent visit where several tests were taken, I was notified of one result there and then. But never received results until my health visit and was informed of the results. My go to for medical needs. Go every three months and love it. They pick you up and return you home. My primary Dr. Is a gem. Always knowledgeable and patient.
Dr. Karen McLeod-Deleaney is my first primary that is so thorough, examined me from head to toe and I was so satisfied with her services and im keeping her as my primary! If your looking for an awesome doctor she is it! I'm so glad I found her!
My appointments are always on time. I love the front desk ladies, that always help my out. The NP takes her time to talk to about what's going on with me, never a rush. Thank you Oak Street for caring.
