ZERO STARS I opted to make Oak Street Health my primary care physician in June 2025. I dropped them in December 2025 as I was constantly having to follow up with the status of referrals and orders for tests. It became obvious that the staff was inexperienced and not up to the simplest tasks of patient care beyond the exam room. Keep searching for another PCP. Bypass Oak Street Health.
