Overal, OakStreet and their staff is pretty polite and caring for older adults. They are patient which is one feature older adults need, patience.
Exceptional doctors, front desk staff, medical associates and medical insurance representatives. Wow I was extremely comfortable, relaxed and relieved! The clinic appearance was very nice too not like a hospital setting!
