Waiting over an hour for a doctor's appointment. After being sick for a month. This would be the third time I see the same doctor for the same illness that they still do nothing about send you a referral for an x-ray a week after it's expired. Ask for referral for the specialist same thing, so why is my insurance company paying them again? Then they have the nerve to get mad at the patient for wanting them to provide adequate service.
