Good luck getting an ins referral from them! Requested a referral to a specialty Dr multiple times and it's never completed!!
Doctors and NPs are great Easy to get appointments anytime. Trying to get a referral is like pulling teeth. I suffered from a fall and went to urgent care for an X-ray. Called that day, a Friday to get s referral for orthopedic visit. Have a dislocated toe and other things going on with my foot. Let them know and expressed that I was swollen and in pain. They didn’t upload my referral to portal until 6 days later. I am still waiting and today , the following Friday, I now have to wait until Tuesday and have to go four more d... read more
I love this Oak Street health the doctors the nurses everybody is so wonderful
Everyone was very kind and professional. I felt well taken care of.
I am not a patient here, but I received a voicemail message in regards to someone's test results, and they went into detail about said results. So, I called them back to let them know that I wasn't a patient but received a voicemail message in error that was meant for someone else. I received nothing but a bad attitude and was only trying to be helpful to let them know they called the wrong number and will have to call the correct person to let them know their results.
