My doctor is Jesse Castro. His office does not know what's going on. I have an appointment with Elmhurst hospital for a very important CT scan. They do not know how to make a referral and send it to the hospital. Oak Street Hill tells me one thing my insurance tells me another thing and Elmhurst hospital tells me another thing. Their staff at oak Street health is very very rude I will find another doctor this place sucks beyond measure. I love it when I'm there I'm not rushed!!!!! Everyone is so helpful and friendly!! The doctors show they care!!!😘 I would recommend it to anyone!
