I am not a patient at oak Street health. I am sure it's a nice hospital primary Care but I am not a patient there.
Services provided for this office is horrible from the Service not or I'm being told by the office that no message regarding my issue has been received, I personally went into the office and still haven't heard from them LOOKING FOR A NEW PRIMARY CARE OFFICE
Jose is an outstanding employee there who has helped me several times where others would drop the ball, he’s been the main one who listens and gets you the help you need. He’s also very easy to talk to and helpful. I wish there were more of him in the medical community like this who genuinely care about their patients.
Bad service just make a appointment and wait for a month
