Dr Sandra Dubose is very professional caring she makes you feel comfortable and easy to talk to. The office staff is friendly & always pleasant. I like the added bonus of the Gentleman greeting and opening the doors wait area is welcoming Overall a positive experience every time I go there.
Oak Street health center is a horrible place and very unprofessional. My first experience there was terrible I was there for 3 hours for nothing. The provider Sandra Dubose is racist and a liar. She lied and told me that she will order my medicine and send my refills to my pharmacy which she never did. She didn't even put my medicine in the system. I called to complain about it and asked to speak to a supervisor or manager several times and no management was available. I'm still waiting for a call back and it's been two days... read more
