My mom goes to this doctor and with all the attitudes from the front desk receptionist or the fact they never keep a regular doctor longer then a year i can't tell you how many doctors they have went there and we only been here since 2022.Im also her caregiver and depends on who I talk to no matter how many times I show them or give them my POA paperwork some say they don't have it and they can't talk to me. Oak street health is an excellent place and very thorough. They answered all my questions and gave me a thorough check up
The place is always clean when you walk in there is a person to greet you. As you walk in the young lady sitting behind the desk are always friendly they're speaking good morning how are you may we help you doctors are always on time they're listening to you taking notes someone else is taking notes I'm sorry the doctors are listening to you talking to you examining you so I like that procedure they're not trying to write stuff down they have someone else doing that for them. Went into their office once called twice all efforts to make Oak Street Health my primary care destination so far have been futile they say they will call me back but never do when I did go into office I was told no one could speak with me because they were at lunch with about an hour still no one finally someone called 2 weeks later so I called today was told they were busy until Friday not sure what to think at this point so I am just going to stop by and see what happens don't know why I am trying so hard to learn more ab... read more
