I don't know where to begin. But I can say first impressions are lasting impressions. Unfortunately, there was a mixup with my mother's appointment due to Oak Street Health. While waiting to do the registration process. We were approached by a young lady(who did not inform us of her name or title)who stated that my mother wouldn't be seen today and could she return tomorrow due to a scheduling mistake. This clinic is a joke. I have been waiting for oxygen since 10/2/25. And still no oxygen as of 10/13/25. Can talk to clinic because you have to go through the call center. I feel that if I'm going to the clinic I should be able to get in touch with the clinic and I should not have to go through the call center. I wish I could give this clinic no stars.
The MAIN reason for my staying with this CORPORATE $-making joint is that you can reach an on-call Nurse -a REAL Nurse-via telephone. 3 times have I needed to reach these veritable ANGELS, once in circumstances much more serious than I imagined. I have the utmost respect and admiration for these Angels!
Everyone is friendly and make u feel welcome. I really like my Doctor. Dr. Ryan she is kind, she listens, and she's concerned about my health.. I told a few of my friends about oak Street health.
Awesome service, and my health care provider Dr. Ryan is Awesome !
