My care provider was very knowledgeable. You go in thinking the worst, and when she broke it down to me it was not at all what I expected. it was clean it was simple , and it put my mind at ease they're very courteous , friendly the place was really clean and neat I look forward to going back.

Total nightmare. I've been a patient for 10 years and this is the worst injury I've ever had. Currently waiting over 3 weeks for a referral and 10 days for prescription refills. The care team never returns calls, neither do the managers. No one in the call center can force the doctors to do their job.
