I have had delayed response regarding my necessary surgery clearance info to a urologist. Numerous calls on my end and also from urologist scheduler to obtain this info. Also prescriptions were called in to CVS pharmacy instead of mail in to center well is my primary. Needless to say it was called into old address in Illinois. Also name brand drug called in and could NOT substitute for generic brand which I have taken for a few years and this mistake cost me $140 out of pocket. I am not happy with this place at all!
