Don't go here there commercials lie. You have to have several appointments before you can be seen if your sick. I call to make a appointment and was told I couldn't be seen even though I was in pain. They said I needed to be established before I could see someone. I had my first appointment a week before I got sick. That is so sad. So. Don't waste your time there.
Oak Street health is awesome. They take care of everything In one central place. Everything works smoothly and efficiently, and they respect my time. Ferdinand’s Castaneda Is my nurse practitioner and she’s the best person I’ve ever met regarding my health. She’s so knowledgeable, smart and non-judgmental. I’m comfortable telling her everything which is Not always the case but I trust her completely. My wife will be going into Oak Street health next month as she just turned 65 And Fernanda is going to be her nurse practition... read more
