I've been going to Oak Street Health for about 2 years I was going to manage my blood pressure asthma and depression I can receive it medicine for other issue that was wrong with me there was nothing wrong with my leg when I stopped going to Oak Street now I'm having some kind of allergic reaction who are the medication I'm taking I can barely walk I'm steady falling busting my face hit my forehead . when I came to the clinic I needed several tests and some x rays done. the doctor was extremely nice and seemed knowledgeable. I went for an x ray and the next procedure was blood work..... waited and waited. in the mean time my liver condition was getting worse. I got a letter and opened it. it was a ok for another x ray... at this point after so much time passed I was in shock that it appeared they had no clue.. I can't go to a place like this. you should pay attention cause they are not
