Pleasant, quiet community. Everyone keeps to themselves, the owner is super helpful and great with communication. Units are older but with updated flooring, paint, appliances, etc. very clean
THEY DELETED MY FIRST REVIEW SO I MADE ANOTHER ONE. Ok, so I'm not going to beat around the bush about this place. I was here for 2yrs and it is or was a great place for a first-time apartments. I watched several people come and go (including maintenance). I watched how things go on and are ran, and much more. I'm very observant. Owners are the nicest landlords I have rented from. There is a since of a small community here. The apartments are remodeled and very clean. We have community get together every month for cook out and games.
this is definitely the place to live! it's quite, they are helpful, and dog friendly! it is easily the best place in Texarkana to live
I have to say I really enjoy this complex the community here are very friendly and helpful it’s completely gated and secure so you won’t have to worry about any outsiders if you looking for a nice secure place with friendly faces definitely check us out.
