Living here is like living in hell. It's that bad. You cant even cook toast without fire alarms going off atleast 5 minutes non stop. They invade your privacy 3-5 times a year & you gotta be open to the whole day, so hope you get time off work -especially if you do have pets. They charge $200 omtop of your base rent. They make you do a $30 annual pet fee online even if you dont have any pets anymore.... ontop of charging pet rent if you do. Place is infested with rodents, ants & roaches. Pools always disgusting. Great complex and awesome front staff. I love this community, although it would be a 5 star with a reliable and competent security company! MPS Security would be my choice!
Pretty mucb what the lower reviews say sum it up here, except for Linda I like to address who left a lower reviews in regards to cars parked. I just like to clearify just because you sleep peaceful at night is not the case for everyone. Some people work nights leaving late & get home very early mornings & that same spot happens to just still be open -parked in again. Edit to response of OSR reply - These concerns were addressed to your leasing office several times in person & your employees decided to retaliate against me instead, that I had to involve the housing authority & the property management (Greystar) . I am no longer a resident at your property, I see you didn't even comprehend either. Good day! All the lower reviews are true. This place is infested with roaches & ants. Oak Springs Ranch have the best maintenance team. They are fast at their job and get to you within hours of making work orders. Justin, George and Andy are wonderful , kind human beings and work extremely hard. They are greatly appreciated.
