Our water heater broke and the 2 plumbers actually came when they were supposed to (and stayed for less than the time they had approximated). After bathing in cold water for a day, it sure feels good to have hot water again. Would recommend .
Just wanted to WARN everyone lock your cars and make sure nothings out in the open. Community isn't going to fix the gate anytime soon and doesn't care if something happens to your belonging. They should at least put signs saying about the gates being broken and not being reliable if anything happens whatsoever. Over 3k a month for us to feel unsafe in our own apartment community so unprofessional!!
I recently took a tour of this place and it's incredible! The amenities are fantastic and the staff is amazing. The property is very well kept and always in top shape. I'm very excited to apply!
Somehow I enjoyed being here for the first few months. Until you realize why you have to pay a monthly pest fee. The roaches that scatter at night while walking around anywhere is concerning. Let alone the animal feces that are not picked up. Although you do see a cleaning crew everyday, the feces still remain. Most of the time the gates are broken or out of order.
