Oak Shade Apartments is nickname Shady Oaks, there is no maintenance done here to speak of I've lived here for 2 years and it took me two years to get the light replaced above my kitchen sink. As well as all other minor maintenance issues that were noted at the time of moving in. If you're looking for an apartment place with maintenance you're looking at the wrong place.
