I agree with the other reviews. The staff seems friendly at first but become very rude for just asking questions. For example, when I called to find out about my security deposit. I was given two different stories and ignored. Save yourself the headaches. Seek other management/rental companies in Sebastian.

make sure you read your lease through this company before giving a security deposit. We went above and beyond being good tenants. We painted and shampooed carpets when our lease expired. Had to wait 30 days and to our suprise, carpet cleaning, painting and cleaning were deducted from our money. We asked for receipts from this and they didnt add up to what was deducted. We feel totally taken advantage of. Rent elsewhere if possible.

BEWARE!!! DONT DO IT!!!!! Do not lease from this company. They are very shady and fase. I rented from this company for 4 years and they held my security deposit for more than 30 days. I notified the leasing office several times and they were uncooperative. They were willing to work with you as long as you are leasing from them but the minute you move out they are no longer nice and not friendly at all.
