RecommendedI rented from Mark for 2 years. He is hands down the best landlord I’ve rented from. He lives on the property, so he’s always around to fix any issues, and you can always see him working on improving the community. 10/10, highly recommend.
We rented here for a year before having to move. The landlords are very attentive and quick to respond with any questions we had while living here. Can not recommend Oak Ridge Village enough. We had a couple bad T-Storms during our time where power was knocked out, Mark was very quick in getting things taken care of to have power restored. We will greatly miss our time there.
Surprisingly big townhouses! Great look, well designed, and well maintained. Great neighbors and an attentive landlord. You wont find a better apartment for the money.
