Always had good experiences here. I hate that I don't live in Oak Ridge anymore. There utilities are reasonable and you are not charged a fee to pay you bill with a card, unlike Maryville City that charges 2.85% of amount charged. Thank you Oak Ridge Utility for not being greedy.

I don’t really leave one star reviews but wow, all I can say is I’ve had a similar experience as the other one star reviewers. If you don’t call them to let them know of payment the day of they will charge you for a reconnection fee and delete your account then charge you to reopen it …. Totally predatory in my opinion.
Great service
I tried to get help at ORUD for a lady that had just broke her hip and was in the hospital and on low income to see if they would give her a break on her bill because she had moved to a new rental house and couldn't pay her bill. There is no compassion at ORUD so if your having a hard time with paying your bill you want get a break !!
