Loved living Here This was our first apartment as a married couple. From the first day, the management staff was nothing but helpful and kind. They were very open about any fees, and what was expected of us as tenants. We only had 1 noise complaint, and that was quickly resolved. They keep a very close eye on the property, and are on a first name basis with many of their tenants. I felt very secure in our apartment. I HIGHLY recommend this place, and 10/10 would rent from them again. We were sad to move!

Excellent place to live! I have lived at oakridge for a year and I absolutely love it! The management is amazing and they truly care about their tenants. Maintenance staff is available 24/7 and can literally fix any problem. It is conveniently located and very safe (it’s gated with clickers available, too). Best in the west The apartment have great atmosphere . Never had an issue that could not be resolved by the staff. The building is well kept. They have great security, and staff. I have been here for about four years and could not even dream of moving. This apartment building is definitely a step above the rest. I just simple love Oakridge Terrace Apartments.
MY APARTMENT I LIVE IN A TWO BEDROOM WITH TWO BATHS. IT IS AN UPSTAIRS. I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS REALLY, THE RENT IS REASONABLE AT 800.00 PER MONTH. THE APARTMENT HAS A SMALL DINNING ROOM AND A NICE BALCONY. THANK YOU.
Oakridge Terrace Experience I have lived here for over three years and have never had any complaints. The apartments are clear and safe. Extremely kid friendly and the staff is always there for you when you need them. The yards are done on a weekly basis and the pool area is always clean and up kept. This is a great and very cost effective place to live. If your looking for a secure and safe place to live for you and your family, I would recommend Oak Ridge Terrace.
