Ranjith was helpful today when I called to upgrade a unit I hadn't started using yet. I was able to change with no issues. I am a little concerned with sending a picture of my license via text. I had some issues understanding him but he was very patient with me and tried to explain again what he was trying to say. All in all a great experience.
I wish I could give them a zero star review. I was unable to access one of the units, I called them to inform them of this. They stated they would send someone out to fix it, but never did. Despite this, they charged me not just for the first month of the unit, but an additional month because they don't 'prorate' unit cancellations. OH, and did you know you can sign up online, but not cancel online? You have to call them to cancel. BUT... they won't answer the phones when you call. GOOD LUCK!
