I most certainly did request a filter change. And like I said, I didn’t smoke cigarettes or marijuana in my apartment. Thank you, though what it really is is I was grandfathered in at low rent and you want to redo my apartment for hardwood floors and because of that you didn’t renew my lease and also did a lot of other shenanigans because I advocated for myself for proper maintenance. My first 2 years were great. My last year has been a nightmare. Management is nasty and rude. They supposedly changed the filter twice a year.... read more

Management is nasty and rude. They supposedly changed the filter twice a year. I called to let them know that I had a carbon issue in my apartment. They told me my apartment smelled like marijuana. No accountability. A weak argument for not proper maintenance, especially when they never said anything to me about it. My neighbor downstairs has black mold in her ceiling. This place makes excuses for not running an apartment complex properly and will blame the tenant when they pointed out.
