Not sure who's fault this is (Oak Ridge Medical, Insurance or Woman's & Children's ER), but my son was given a nebulizer after an ER visit last November (2019). Apparently, the insurance company didn't buy the nebulizer, but "rented" it (we weren't informed of this till later). They covered Nov & Dec (bc we met our out of pocket), but I started to get a bill each month in 2020. Called Oak Ridge and was informed that it's a rental. I asked if I could return it and they said that returning a nebulizer is against company policy... read more
POOR Customer/Patient Service. EXTREMELY unprofessional over the phone service. If you are alone, PLEASE do not allow this company in your home.
The owner was so very helpful and super nice!! Look forward to doing business with them in the future!!
